Fees
PRINTED MEDIA (ABRIBUS & RAILBOARD)
The fee is DKK 1,595.00 exclusive of VAT.
The fee covers the cooperation with a graphic artist, a finished layout, two proof tests as well as the dispatch of the printable files for printing.
The fee excludes print and mounting
DIGITAL MEDIA (DIGITAL ABRIBUS)
The standard fee is DKK 7,955.00 exclusive of VAT. The fee is subject to change according to the specific scope of work.
The fee covers a day’s work for graphic artist including two proof tests.
Subsequent proof tests are charged an additional DKK 500.00 exclusive of VAT.
It is to be clarified prior to project launch whether AFA Decaux is to purchase graphical material/pictures etc. Expenses incurred in relation hereto are not covered by the standard fee.
1. BRIEFINGYou discuss the product, price, message etc. with the AFA Decaux graphic artist
2. DATA COLLECTION (PICTURES, GRAPHIC ART, TEXT)You collect material for the campaign and send it to AFA Decaux
3. LAYOUTAFA Decaux make a presentation for the outdoor advertisement and forwards the layout to you
4. PROOF TESTINGAFA Decaux perform two proof tests with you via e-mail which end with a final approval
5. FINISHED MATERIALAFA Decaux forwards the printed media material for printing while digital media material is forwarded to our support department
Getting started
We have developed a set of guidelines to help you get started when our graphic artists have been assigned to prepare your advertisement. We suggest following the guidelines closely – see the descriptions at the right – and you will be on the right track.
Send your material to us once you have collected ALL of it. It will ease the work. At this point, one of our colleagues from marketing will have contacted you. This is the person whom you must send your material to. If you are in doubt about the task, please contact your Client Manager or the marketing department. We are more than willing to help.
MATERIAL
PRINTED MEDIA:
Text is to be send electronically. Send the text either as a text document or directly in an e-mail. Carefully consider what the message of the advertising is to be. You are very welcome to write a few keywords or whole sentences. Which sender information is to be included in the advertisement (phone number, address, homepages etc.)? Make sure it’s all included.
Pictures can be black/white or in color. Pictures must come in 300 ppi resolution as a minimum. Pictures downloaded directly from the internet normally come in 72 ppi resolution, rendering them unusable. Bear in mind that pictures oftentimes must be 3-4 times larger than normal advertisements or posters when it comes to printed outdoor advertisements.
Logos and other line art graphics are usually produced as vector graphics and are thus supported by the file format .EPS or .AI. This format is not dependent on ppi size. You may therefore send us the files without considering the size ratio in this case.
